Refund policy
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Lash Artistry & Aesthetics is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges imposed by international authorities.
Sales Policy
All digital products, including eBooks and online training courses, are non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery and immediate access. All physical product orders are non-refundable if opened.
Damaged Products & Replacements
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery. Damage to outer packaging caused during transit does not qualify for a refund or exchange if the product itself is usable. Lash Artistry & Aesthetics may provide solutions for damaged or broken products, not damaged packaging. Requests must be submitted within 2 days of the marked delivery date. Customers are responsible for all shipping and return label costs.
Tweezers & Metal Products
All tweezers and metal products are hand-tested and inspected prior to shipment. Refunds are not available for these items. A replacement may be issued if reported within 2 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping costs.
Adhesive Products
Due to shelf life and product sensitivity, adhesive products cannot be exchanged or refunded once shipped. Adhesives not reported within their shelf life, typically 3 months from the purchase date, are not eligible for replacement.
Unopened Products
Unopened physical products may be eligible for a refund if returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. Customers are responsible for all shipping and return label costs.
Lost or Returned Packages
Lash Artistry & Aesthetics is not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Proof of postage and tracking must be retained by the customer. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered, Lash Artistry & Aesthetics is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping Times
Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday) after shipment. Shipping timelines are determined by the carrier and cannot be expedited once dispatched. Tracking information will be provided via the confirmation email.
