Three and a half years later, that vision has become a 7-figure global brand. What started as one chair now stands as Lash Artistry & Aesthetics, a powerhouse name in beauty and education with students in every state across America and on every continent worldwide.
Her 5-star-rated trainings, both online and in person, have redefined lash education, earning her the reputation of being one of the top educators in the industry. With over 13 years of teaching experience, Rosa has mastered the art of merging education and artistry, designing trainings that cater to all learning styles: auditory, visual, and hands-on.
She’s been featured in major magazines, lashed A-list celebrities, and most importantly has watched thousands of her students walk away from corporate jobs to build the freedom-based lives they once only dreamed of. That transformation, watching women win, is the fuel that keeps her going.
Beyond her titles and accomplishments, Rosa is a wife, homeschool mom, and faith-driven woman who believes that true success starts at home. She runs her businesses while raising her children, balancing entrepreneurship with motherhood, marriage, and everything in between. Her life is a reflection of what it means to build not just a brand, but a legacy rooted in purpose and family.
